We’re now hiring a Head of Agency Partnerships to lead the development and growth of our agency partner ecosystem. You’ll work directly with top Shopify agencies and ecommerce service providers to make TxtCart the go-to SMS partner in their tech stack.

The Role:

As Head of Agency Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for building and owning TxtCart’s agency program from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of GTM strategy, relationship building, and revenue generation — with a clear mandate to turn agency partnerships into a scalable channel for growth.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with sales, success, and product to support partner-sourced deals, co-marketing, education, and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch, and own TxtCart’s agency partner program end to end
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value Shopify agencies and service providers
  • Develop co-marketing programs, partner training, and enablement resources
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and measure revenue contribution
  • Create and manage agency tiers, partner incentives, and success criteria
  • Act as the point of contact for strategic partner relationships
  • Collaborate with product and success teams to relay partner feedback
  • Track and optimize performance using tools like HubSpot, Airtable, or Salesforce
  • Represent TxtCart in partner events, demos, and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, BD, or GTM leadership in SaaS
  • Experience launching or scaling agency programs — ideally in ecommerce or Shopify
  • Deep understanding of the Shopify/DTC ecosystem and agency dynamics
  • Demonstrated success in building partner-sourced revenue programs
  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
  • Strong project management skills — you can build systems, not just close deals
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Comfortable being the face of TxtCart to our agency network
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in SMS, martech, or retention-focused platforms
